Refunds and Exchanges
All items must be returned to All Clothes in their original condition, undamaged, unused and re-sellable as new. All branded tags and barcode labels must be attached and intact.
Ensure to enclose your original invoice as proof of purchase, any item(s) returned without proof of purchase will be refused.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase & would like a refund, please send your item(s) to the returns address above within 14 working days of receiving the item(s).
All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow three working days for the receipt of goods for a refund to be actioned. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed. Upon receiving this email, please allow 3-5 working days for this to show in your available funds. This may vary dependant on your bank.
Refunds cannot be issued for any sale items (Only store credit or an exchange will be issued).
If you would like to exchange your item(s), please return to All Clothes Returns Department within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
Please allow up to three working days from the receipt of a return for the replacement goods to be dispatched. Please note that if we do not have the available stock for the requested exchange, a refund will automatically be processed and a confirmation email will be sent.
Please ensure to state the replacement style, size and colour on the returns form which is situated on the back of the original invoice.
Unfortunately some items are not as they are supposed to be. If you receive a faulty item please send it back to the returns address below:

Once we have received your item it will be assessed and a member of the returns team will be in touch accordingly.
Returns Postage Reimbursement
We do not offer free returns on exchanges or refunds
Faulty Returns: please ensure to enclose proof of postage. All Clothes will refund all postal charges incurred up to the value of £10, If the item is assessed and is deemed faulty. Any postal charges incurred over £10 will be absorbed by you, the customer.
We recommend that you return item(s) using a Royal Mail Registered postal service with compensation cover. Also we advise you to obtain a certificate of postage for your records. The item(s) remain the customer’s responsibility until receipt to All Clothes has been obtained.
